Domfrontais is a unique style of Calvados thanks to the inclusion of at least 30% pear and the fact that it comes from the surrounds of Domfront. Victor Gontier is an artisan producer, and this 2008 rendition is a marvellous mix of fresh fruit notes and aged brandy.
