Imagine terrific, traditional Vin-Jaune had a baby with with a progressive Aussie wine company. You’d have exactly this … The Other Wine Co Savagnin. Made under different breeds of flor and bottled as a racy, vibrant white with the saline, nutty tang - almost like good fino - that defines the style, it is the most anticipated release (at least for the Craft staff) of 2023. We won’t get much, but it has now landed!
