This re-writes the brief for spiced rum. No overt sugar, overt vanilla, no uni-dimensional flavour additions at all. Sweet Dram has taken Caribbean rums from Guyana and Barbados, infused them with a heady mix of spices (including Lapsang Souchong tea) and smoked figs. It’s wild.
