Our Verdict

The dress is golden and deep. The foam is fine and airy. The bouquet is very fragrant; it clearly distinguishes the influence of aromatic hops, as well as the contribution of a fruity note (citrus), conferred by the use of spices. The body is marked by an intense but distinctive bitterness and a dominant malty expressing itself by its fullness in the mouth. The finish is however dry and hoppy. All of these features make it an excellent digestive beer. - Brasserie St-Feuillien
