Our Verdict

Another delicious rendition of Summer Flowers Saison Vermouth by Melbourne chef Dave Verheul.

"This vintage is a blend of wild flowers using marigolds, rose geranium, elderflowers, chamomile as well as peaches, apricots and two vanities of wonmwood. All wild picked on bio-dynamically farmed for us in Victoria.  A Moscato base wine from Rutherglen is blended with botanical extracts in high quality South Australian grape spirit, balanced with a small amount of organic sugar and aged with a few more flowers thrown in for good measure This vermouth is vegan."
