Always one of our favourite Pinot releases...

Paul & Gilli Lipscombe (Gilli is Brisbane born and bred) are on a mission to make the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the country. They join a fair line of folk committed to the same cause but they have got off to a cracking beginning by settling on a vineyard in Tasmania's Huon Valley. This youthful winery has quickly ascended to cult like status.

"Bright, light-medium depth red-purple hue, with pristine aromas of wild berry, mixed spices, red cherry and dried flowers and herbs, translating to refined intensity on the palate. Tightly tensioned, refined and long, with beautifully honed fine-grained tannins doing a great job of providing backbone and enhancing persistence. Utterly delicious pinot noir.
