Our Verdict

Rodenbach Vintage is a unique unblended Belgian sour beer which has a balanced sour-sweet taste and a long, fresh and fruity aftertaste similar to port wine.  Each year, this iconic Belgian brewery select the best foeder in their enormous Foeder Hall to be crowned the Vintage of that year. It is then bottled, unblended, to showcase its unique character. This particular edition has been aged in foeder (no. 169) for 2 years, and has notes of Madeira, Port, wild honey, and green apple.  Beer lovers eagerly anticipate the Rodenbach Vintage annual limited edition release, which has won over 25 international beer awards.

Delicious with creamy, slightly salty cheese and tastiest at 6 °C temperature.
