Oakridge Pinot Meunier 2024

Our Verdict

Oakridge consistently makes some of the most compelling Pinot Noirs in the Yarra Valley. But each vintage they take some Pinot Meunier from the wonderful Willowlake vineyard in the upper Yarra and make a still red. Softer, meatier, perhaps less defined/refined than the Pinot Noir, but why compare? It is a lovely drink that is generous, soft, pliable and perfectly delicious with a half-hour in the fridge. TH
