A very special collaboration between Trappist breweries La Trappe, Tynt Meadow, and Zundert, which honours the centuries-old Trappist traditions and values.
Three Rules of Authentic Trappist is a tribute to the three rules of authentic Trappist beer… brewing within monastery walls, under monastic supervision, and with a share of profits supporting charitable causes. In the deepest secrecy, the three Trappist abbeys worked together on the brewing process from which a distinctive Dubbel has emerged.
The result is an unparalleled taste experience. Three Rules of Authentic Trappist is a full-bodied, perfectly balanced Dubbel. The beer is characterised by a full, layered taste of sweet caramel, toasted malt, and a hint of peat, combined with subtle spicy and hoppy notes.
Not only is it a unique pleasure for any Trappist beer enthusiast, but it also supports a good cause with part of the proceeds going to Trees for All, an organisation dedicated to reforestation efforts.
