Our Verdict
Complex yet approachable Central Victorian Chardonnay from Josh Cooper.
A heady aroma of lemon and grapefruit rind perfectly mix with the alluring notes of jasmine and spice. Flavours carry through to a beautifully balanced palate with creamy, savoury complexity and a fine acid line. Fruit for this cuvée comes Dash Farm, located just outside of the Macedon Ranges, perched upon the southern slopes of Mt Alexander.
