The Hartshorn spirits are special. Ryan Hartshorn is part of the puzzle that makes up Grandvewe Cheeses and Hartshorn Distillery, off a family owned property in Birch’s Bay, Tasmania. Mum and sister Nicole look after the sheep and cheese production. Meanwhile Ryan found a way of turning the whey into vodka and gin. The results are electric.
