Our Verdict

A Pinot of softness and juiciness yet carrying charm and complexity. Light in colour but has a beautiful Autumnal leaf, damp earth character that the variety is known for. Wild cherry and raspberry on the nose with hints of florals, a large portion of whole bunch (94%) adding a little extra core of tannin to the mid palate and character to the wine. Soft and approachable with a core of savoury fruit that gives the wine length and balance in this mid-weighted style. The fine, silky tannins give this wine an exceptional mouth feel.
