Our Verdict
Emmalene is the story of two Adelaide Hills winemaking families - the growers (Bartsch family) and the makers (the Bulman family).
The vineyards are carbon neutral, utilising solar, organic compost, permanent cover crops and winter grazing to minimise their impact on the environment from which they grow. All Emmalene wines are made naturally with minimal additions and filtration and are vegan friendly.
A crisp and expressive Sauvignon Blanc from Woodside and Forreston in the Adelaide Hills. Fresh, vibrant and skillfully made, it’s perfect for easy drinking on warm afternoons or at shared tables. Maker Notes
