Very limited. The Dr. Edge NV 'Extra Brut' Rosé is a Traditional Method Sparkling made from a blend of Tamar Valley Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.  

Predominantly 2023 base material, the wine is left to develop in bottle on tirage for 2 years. Disgorged 'Extra Brut' or 'Dry' in style - October 2025. 

Enjoy this vibrant and textural Rosé now or cellar for up to 5 years.
