The throttle here is well and truly open though maybe it's been backed off fractionally; for all its depth it remains fresh and fragrant, the finish incredibly finely stitched. "More nuanced and refined than the 2013, the 2014 Domaine Clarendon Syrah features aromas of thyme, bay leaf, blueberries and cracked pepper.
