From the distillery that, arguably, makes the greatest of all Pastis, here is a gin that is equally marvellous. It reeks of Provence and the wild melange of herbs that dot its fields. And it is quite a departure from the wonderful, but almost same-same troupe of new-breed gins. This is kind of special.
