Our Verdict

Delamere puts a lot of work into its sparkling wines. This, for example, is made from 100% Pinot Noir from Delamere’s Piper’s River vineyards, with a base of 2016 fruit, complexed by 21% reserve wines, then aged on lees for two years. Wow.
