Our Verdict

Mont Redon is an awesome producer, and makes one of the best red Chateauneuf's on a regular basis. The white is more of an enigma, but the estate can lay claim to being arguably the best producer of white in the Appellation. ostly Grenache Blanc, but also containing Clairette, roussane, Picpoul and Bourboulenc, it is a silky, supply, mineral-laden white, with beautiful perfume and wonderful poise.
