The largest vineyard owners in the Cote des Blancs, Champagne de Saint-Gall is the creation of the Cooperative Union Champagne, founded in 1966, which consists of growers who only hold Premier & Grand Cru Vineyards.
Produced from a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. This Champagne is a delicious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with excellent balance. It has an enticing golden colour and an expressive and refined palate with a hint of vinosity.
