The yeast is the hero of this beer, carefully cultivated by Brasserie Dupont over decades, and displaying typical Belgian yeast phenolics of banana and clove with a bready brioche base. Pours a light coppery blond with lively carbonation and a billowy white head, yeilding fine esters, zesty citrus and gentle clove spice aromas backed by a firm floral and grassy hop bitterness and bone dry finish.
