Our Verdict

A deep red Belgian ale, gaining its unusual russet colour from a melange of 5 specialty malts. The various sweet malty notes offered by these mingle with fruity peachy notes from the Dupont yeast strain. On the palate there is an explosion of praline aromas, combining chocolate, hazelnut and coffee. The clean bitterness makes this a beautifully light cocktail of flavours. A distinctive, unusual and delicious brune.

Best served at cellar temperature (12°C) or very slightly chilled, as an aperitif or with food.
