A blonde top fermented beer with re-fermentation in the bottle which results in a complex taste and harmonious bouquet. Coppery blond with citrus, pear and fine hop aromas with spicy clove and ginger notes. The Moinette blonde is a very refreshing beer, thanks to its subtle balance between sweet, bitter and fruity.
