Bellevue Estate Shiraz 2021

How is this for succinct; one grape variety, one region, one wine. That’s what separates Corey Vandeleur from the rest of the McLaren Vale pack. He makes one wine each year, in wheat I’d call a traditional McLaren vale style, by which I mean rich, full-flavoured, and seasoned by a good wallop of oak. It is bang-for-buck, simply terrific.
