Crafted from premium Chardonnay fruit grown throughout the cold climate regions of Tasmania using the House of Arras winemaking techniques built around 100% malolactic fermentation, the inclusion of a significant proportion of barrel fermented components and extensive tirage maturation. An elegant yet powerful wine expressing flavours of grapefruit pith, lemon curd, natural yogurt and fresh sourdough.
