Bicknell FC Applecross Pinot Noir 2022

Dave Bicknell, the wizard behind the incredible Chardonnay’s and Pinot Noirs from Oakridge, has a small on-the-side project with his partner Nicky Harris. It’s called Applecross. The fruit is sourced from a vineyard in Galdysdale in the Upper Yarra … it’s cool, high country. And the wines show the pedigree: fine, complex, beautifully sculpted.

The Pinot has layers, depth, a little pepper in the mix.
