"Simply titled, Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay, is Patrick's inaugural release of his namesake Chardonnay, a wine for the people. The release continues to pay homage to the volcanic soils of Southern Australia through its fine balance of richness, defined fruit and minerality. The vineyards are located on Australia's unique Limestone Coast. All share a common shallow volcanic top layer with complementing subsoils of limestone and basalt. This part of Australia is the third largest volcanic plaine on earth, still harbouring about 400 dormant volcanoes. Patrick spent many years of his childhood in this region and is excited to share this fine example of Chardonnay from here." Naked Bunch
