Our Verdict

Very occasionally we get an unexpected win, and we pass it on. This is definitely one of them. Pascal Bouchard makes beautifully traditional wines, expressive of terroir nad un-muddled by excessive oak or input. We’ve grabbed the last few cases of the 2020 Pascal Bouchard organic Chablis and it’s a ripper. Five years in bottle have added some toasty, nutty complexity, but it remains fresh, fine and utterly delicious.
