Our Verdict

Smoky, flinty, complex, wth only a hint of the tropical/goseberry that domaintes so many Sauvignon Blancs from other regions. It has intrigue, brightness, complexity.

For six generations, the Salmon family have been growing grapes with care and passion, on limestone rich soils in the Sancerre region, with 15 hectares in the famous Coteaux Buétons.
