Our Verdict

A non-age statement whisky constructed of 80% gently peated and 20% unpeated highland malt. Earthy, sweet peat smoke on the nose and a palate dominated by vanilla and honey. Finishes long, with a pleasing gingery warmth. The core malt for the much loved Teachers Highland Cream blend. (Chris B)
