It’s made for martinis. And a side of crisps.

Pure air, constant rain and rich soil, this is spud heaven. We’ve used local royalty to make a Southern Highlands potato vodka with more texture, viscosity and crunch. A fresh earthy scent; a little like the morning after rain. A full, smooth palate texture, that’s so creamy.
