Soiree is a Pet Nat from the Hughes brothers in Tassie. Made from a delicious blend of white & red wines (Riesling, Chenin & Dornfelder) and bottled during primary ferment to capture the bubbles. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphur.
