Double-distilled, straight Mallee-grown rye whiskey, distilled and aged in Melbourne. All of the Gospel range is terrific, but this … the straight rye, is special. Spicy, rich, with notes of caramel, nuts and a whack of vanilla (imported Kentucky barrels), it has great balance and awesome complexity.
