Our Black Tuesday Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout is the perfect canvas for creativity in liquid form. 24k Tuesday was inspired by everyone’s favourite seems-healthy-but-isn’t dessert, carrot cake! Or rather, 24 karat cake, because it’s as good as gold if you ask us. This rich imperial stout was aged in bourbon barrels then treated with fresh carrots, walnuts, milk sugar for creaminess, raisins, and just a pinch of spice for a tasty treat, Black Tuesday style. - The Bruery
