Our Verdict

Adam Foster is setting the standard for Heathcote (along with Jasper Hill), and this Shiraz shows the region's potential. Mid-weight with loads of blue fruit, plenty of spice (60% whole bunch), and a touch of white pepper, it delivers complexity and drinkability at an outstanding price. We love it!
