Our Verdict

Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth and one of the last to be producing Vermouth de Chambéry. It is still made according to the principles which earned Chambéry France's only A.O. for Vermouth back in 1932. 

Perfect in a Negroni, or splash over ice with a wedge of orange.
