Dolin is one of two vermouth brands made in Vermouth de Chambéry, a region which has an appellation d'origine contrôlée or AOC which dictates how the vermouth is to be made. This includes only using the maceration of real plants and sweetening only with sugar, wine, and/or grape must.

Dolin Blanc Vermouth is made with 32 plants and spices including hibiscus, basil, cinnamon, artemesia (wormwood), and gentian.
