Davisonia is Animus Distillery's version of a traditional English Sloe Gin with an Australian slant! Exceedingly small batch, this gin showcases the flavours of Davidson Plums which are steeped in Macedon Dry Gin over many months. The result is a palate full of lip-smacking zing, morello cherry and hints of guava. The plummy sweetness is balance by lime acidity and gentle tannins.
Best served neat over ice, or pairs well with a splash of tonic & wedge of blood orange.
