Our Verdict
Loosely nodding its head to sloe gin, but not conforming to its sweetness and lightness, this is a thing of its own; Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes steeped in Four Pillars gin for eight weeks; pressed out, bottled. The result is a little sweet, quite rich, very heady.
