A rich, sweet, deeply complex Barbados/Guyana rum. It takes its name from the production: 5 years in oak in the Caribbean, 5 years in used Pedro Ximinex casks, then a final two years in older sherry casks to meld things. For those who like Ron Zacapa, Matusalem Grand Reserva … that style of rum, this is a no-brainer.
