Benromach Organic Single Malt Whisky 700ml

Our Verdict

The first Scotch whisky to be certified as organic by the UK Soil Association.

Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2024, Organic has matured for 9 years in Virgin Oak, meaning the casks have not previously contained anything else which leads to a malty, banana and cocoa flavour profile.

In contrast to the Benromach core range, Organic uses unpeated barley so the characteristics are not smoky but instead have more creamy pepper, toasted malt and freshly ground coffee notes.
