Our Verdict
Champagne Andre Clouet has been our darling sparkling since we first opened our doors. The whole Clouet range, with the exception of the millésime (vintage), has based its reputation and style on Pinot Noir from the superb house vineyard holdings in the Grand Cru villages of Bouzy and Ambonnay.
The fabulous Dream Vintage Cuvees (Blanc de Blancs from only the best years) While Clouet is a pinot noir specialist occasionally - only in the best vintages - he swaps Grand Cru pinot noir for Grand Cru chardonnay. Dream Vintage is tupsy-turvy: 100% chardonnay from a pinot magician. Tony Harper
