Arguably the most sought after Pinot Noir in Australia, and justifiably so. Tolpuddle, in Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, is an amazing vineyard with plenty of lineage. Planted in 1988 and purchased by the Shaw and Smith team in 2011, it is planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and over the past decade it has gone from strength to strength.
