The Clouet in the rather special straw livery! 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir from Clouet’s best plots in Bouzy, fermented in barrel (ex-Sauternes no less) and back blended with a decade-long flight of reserve wine. Then aged on lees for a further 10 years. Golden in colour, wildly complex, rich, decadent, delicious.
