Our Verdict
Banging stuff.
Unico Zelo take the entirety of Ricca Terra's tiny plantings of this variety - one of the very few active vineyards of Greco in Australia. Named Terra Cotta for the colour of the dirt that it's grown in.
Fermented on skins for 21 days, the tannin profile here is sublime - a firm, silty frame for the wine. Flavour wise it's all mango, papaya, blood orange - a litany of tropical fruits. Unico Zelo Notes
