With fruit sourced from the Barossa Valley, Tappa Pass is so emphatically Henschke in its polish, brooding fruits, perfect build. It misses the Eden Valley high notes that you’ll find in Mount Edelstone and Hill of Grace, but supplanted by richness, earthiness, depth. An exceptional vintage; keep this for decades.
