Our Verdict

The fabulous Dream Vintage Cuvees (Blanc de Blancs from only the best years) are sublime. While Clouet is a pinot noir specialist, occasionally - only in the best vintages - it swaps Grand Cru pinot noir for Grand Cru chardonnay. Dream Vintage is topsy-turvy: 100% chardonnay from a pinot magician.
